This insurance provides the most comprehensive protection for your vehicle, your family, third parties, and yourself against unexpected situations such as theft, accidents, fires, natural disasters, and more. The cost depends on the plan you choose, the make, model, year, use, and value of your car.

The deductible is the amount you must pay in case of a claim to access the insurance coverage. The deductible varies depending on the plan you choose and the type of incident. For example, 10% of the insured value with a minimum of US$ 100 + VAT. In the case of a claim with total damage costs of US$ 5000, the deductible to be paid would be US$ 500.00 + VAT, applying the percentage. On the other hand, the minimum deductible applies when the damage budget is US$ 500, in which case the deductible would be US$ 100 + VAT, as the percentage does not exceed the minimum stated in the policy.

Some situations are not covered by this insurance, such as damages caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, damages caused by participating in races or competitions, damages caused by fraudulent or willful acts by the insured or their dependents, among others.

You must immediately contact us or the insurance company as soon as the incident occurs to report it and receive the corresponding instructions. The time of reporting is crucial to access the insurance coverage, except in cases of demonstrable force majeure.

Depending on the severity of the accident, insurance companies require the following to be submitted within 48 hours:

1. Police report filed at the police station where the incident occurred.

2. Alcohol test certificate issued by the National Police of Peru, if applicable.

3. Certified copy of the police report ordered by the National Police of Peru, if applicable.

The obligation to submit the above documents may be waived in some cases, provided the incident is reported within one hour of its occurrence, without moving the vehicle from the accident site, and with the express authorization of the insurance company.
